Go to the Connect Portal and head to the Locations page from the menu.
- Use the search field to find the site you wish to reset. You can search for serial number, charger ID or physical address.
- Once the location has been found, scroll down to Charge Boxes. Here you’ll find a list of all onsite charging stations.
- Click the dropdown menu (three dots) on the right to find a list of possible actions for each specific connector.
Reset: Soft reset of the charger, estimated 30 seconds depending on signal quality/coverage.
Reboot: Hard reset of the charger, estimated 5 minutes depending on signal quality/coverage.
