Head over to either the combined Charge Records page via the menu, or navigate to a specific Locations’ charge records. You can also export data directly from the Dashboard tab, by using the filters to filter for specific locations.

Here, you can click on the Export button. You will be presented with a little confirmation pop-up before the export is initialized.

The records will be downloaded as a CSV or Excel file directly in your browser.

Note:

By default, only the past 90 days charge records are loaded in the view. Click the Filter button and remove the checkmark if you want to export more records than this.

When exporting data from Connect Portal, any decimal numbers are formatted with comma as decimal separator. Example: 25,67. The field separator used is semicolon (;). When importing the CSV file into a spreadsheet as Microsoft Excel, it is important that this format is used. Otherwise the data will be corrupted.

When opening the CSV file directly in excel by double-clicking on the file, the default separator options for your Excel is automatically used. If your default settings are semicolon as field separator and comma as decimal separator, then everything should be fine. However, these settings can depend on the language settings in MS Excel and in your operating system.

If direct opening of the CSV file does not work, there is a workaround:

  • Open the MS Excel application (without data)
  • Go to the File menu and click Import
  • Select CSV file
  • Select the file that was downloaded from Spirii Connect Portal
  • Choose Delimited data (default) – click Next
  • Put a checkmark in Semicolon – click Next
  • Click on Advanced Set Decimal separator to “,”
  • Set Thousand separator to “.”
  • Click OK
  • Click Finish Select where to place the imported data (use default suggestion) – Click Finish
