Not all customers and charge points are necessarily created automatically via the Onboarding Flows or APIs. Sometimes, you'll want to create customers outside of the automized flows. This article takes you through the process of creating customers manually.

There are four different types of customers in Spirii Business:

  • Private customers
  • Business customers
  • Resellers
  • CPO's

Creating a private customer manually

It is the same procedure if you want to create a business customer manually. However, with business customers, we recommend using the widget (see the next guide later in this article).

Adding a business customer via the widget:

We always recommend creating business customers via the convenient "Business Customer" widget at the bottom of the navigation menu. With this widget, we'll take you by the hand and lead you through all the relevant steps. Sounds too good to be true? Try it out:

Resellers are business customers who wish to resell Spirii’s or another CPO’s charge box solutions (either to private or business customers) in order to achieve another gain.
This could be an insurance company wishing to gain more insurance customers by offering them goods and services for a lower price within the EV market.
Often we provide a white-label onboarding flow to these customers. The CPO manages the operations.
